Delete your MRCH account
Use this page to delete your MRCH AI or Backstage AI account. Both apps share the same account system and deletion process.

How to delete your account
You can delete your account in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open MRCH AI or Backstage AI.
- Go to Billing.
- Tap Logout.
- Tap Close Your Account and confirm.
By email
Email info@backstageai.com from or with the Google account you used to sign in. Include the app name (MRCH AI or Backstage AI) and ask us to delete your account.
What is deleted
After we process your request, we delete personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account and sign-in information
- Your profile
- Generated designs and products tied to the account
What we keep if required
We may keep payment and tax records when required by law. We do not keep that information to continue providing the service after your account is deleted.
How long deletion takes
Deletion is completed within 7 days of a confirmed request. You will lose access to the account once deletion is processed.
